A case study on our video strategy with the firm... so far!

How did you start working together?

Watkins & Gunn are a value-driven law firm based in South Wales. We started off by working with the firm to produce promotional videos for their services of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Property, and the video below of their ‘The Platform’ service. Due to the success of these videos in regards to the quality of the messaging, trust-building and increased prospects, we sat down and discussed other potential projects and ideas.

What happened next?

Following on from this, the firm was looking to improve their recruitment efforts, backed up by their ‘Top Workplace’ awards, so we arranged sit-down interviews with their team to discuss what they love about working with the firm. These are on their ‘Join Us’ page – and lead to an increase in recruitment efforts and overall brand awareness. They are also great for potential customers browsing the website and social media pages, as they get to see the values and transparency behind the staff and brand. Likewise, they help to improve company culture, by giving the staff a voice.

Any other projects?

Following the success of the recruitment video, Watkins & Gunn decided to launch specialist sites for specific services, like University Law Solicitors and Accident Claims Wales. It was vital for these sites to have engaging, short videos on the homepage to communicate a clear message and cause people to act immediately. These videos led to constant calls and customer conversions, as people love watching videos that build trust with them, showcase expertise, and re-assure them.

Did you provide anymore videos for this project?

When considering the customers journey we wanted to be sure they had everything they needed to book in a chat right away, which saves them time with by not reading blocks of text and getting overwhelmed, then potentially going elsewhere. Having FAQ videos that cover their 6 most likely questions and concerns would build trust with them and enable them to book in a chat with the firm.

Are they happy with the work?

Since these projects, we have worked on others, such as an anniversary video of the firm. We continue to work on new projects and have filming dates lined up.
